Many women wish they had a bigger bust, but one woman who knows exactly what it’s like to live with exceptionally large breasts admits that it can present its fair share of challenges. Summer Robert, 28, who claims to have the “biggest breasts in the UK”, has grown to love her figure but admits the reality of her situation can still prove difficult at times.
Summer, who commands a massive following on Instagram, has previously been open about her body image struggles, but has now turned her focus to an unexpected ongoing dilemma she faces – finding bras that actually fit. She says that the task is a real challenge, due to the fact that her breasts continue to grow.
It is not the first time that she has made such a frank admission. She previously revealed the difficulty she has trying to fit on planes while traveling.
Summer, from Scotland, explained: “I haven’t found a bra that fits me in months – I have to tie every top I own around my waist so it fits my waist and my breasts at the same time.
She revealed that she is forced to spend a “huge amount” on bras because she has to replace them so often due to her ever-growing bust. When asked how this affects his day-to-day life, Summer added, “I try not to let it affect my life as much anymore because I’m really so blessed, but it does get to me.
“Trying to be normal and fit into the bridesmaid dresses and not crack is the hardest part.” Without her career, she admitted that she doesn’t believe she would be able to keep up with the costs at all.
“I would also still be very insecure and just hide in baggy clothes,” she added. Summer suffers from a condition called macromastia, which is the medical term for having abnormally large breasts, and it can lead to various complications such as chronic back, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, bra band grooving and difficulty performing daily activities.
Although it is a condition that brings its fair share of challenges, she has learned to manage the difficulties that come with it. She has also grown to embrace her body more since starting a huge career that has helped her generate greater income to cover her expenses.
Her size 30U bust enabled her to earn a good living, but she claimed that her breasts also attracted an unusual range of high-paying requests from subscribers. These requests range from surprising to downright dangerous.
Summer claimed she was once offered $60,000 USD (£45,270.90) to flatten her chest in a press, an offer she quickly turned down. She was also paid £20,000 simply to smoke a cigar on camera fully clothed with zero cleavage.
When asked why she thinks men have such fantasies, she said: “I honestly have no idea, but it works for me, so I can’t be ashamed. Everyone likes their own little things.
“I think the men themselves don’t even understand what kind of fantasy they have. I think they just have to make up in their heads what they want to see and then ask without thinking.”
While some of these proposals may seem strange to outsiders, Summer considers the monetization of them as a fair reimbursement for the physical toll and expensive maintenance that her condition requires, including specialist bras, therapy and private health care that macromastia requires in her daily life.
She added: “What they don’t see is how hard it is to maintain. Of course I’m going to pay a lot of money for something that costs me a lot of money to maintain. I think it’s good to take advantage of it somehow.”
