The Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance landed at London Road Sports Ground in Louth to treat the injured person
One person has been taken to hospital following a collision on Newmarket in Louth.
Lincolnshire Police closed the busy road as emergency services dealt with the collision, which happened near the Co-op store at 3pm today (Friday).
The Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance landed at London Road Sports Ground so an emergency medical team could be on the scene quickly. East Midlands Ambulance Service drove the injured person to the sports ground where teams provided medical treatment.

The patient was later taken to the hospital by ambulance. A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said: “We are at the scene of a serious collision at Newmarket in Louth. We are asking motorists to avoid the area. We will provide an update when we can.”
