Fans of Nobody Wants This will be happy to hear that the hit Netflix romantic comedy is returning this week.

Starring Kristen Bell and Adam Brody, the series follows agnostic podcast host Joanne and Jewish rabbi Noah as they navigate a relationship complicated by their different backgrounds and beliefs.

After the dramatic events of the second series, anticipation is building for the next chapter of Joanne and Noah’s relationship. Here’s everything you need to know about Nobody Wants Season Three.

Season 3 of Nobody Wants This is set to arrive on Netflix on Thursday, October 22, giving fans a chance to catch up with Joanne, Noah and the rest of the gang.

The new episodes follow the second season, which ended with a major turning point for some of the show’s central relationships.

Viewers can watch the series on Netflix, where the first two seasons are also available to stream.

The second season ended on a romantic note for Joanne and Noah, but not before their relationship was pushed to the breaking point.

The couple had struggled to agree on their future, with Noah’s faith playing a significant role in their discussions about commitment. While Joanne explored Judaism, she wasn’t sure if conversion was right for her, leaving the couple unsure of how to proceed.

Their differences came to a head at Joanne’s sister Morgan’s engagement party, where the couple faced the possibility that love alone might not be enough to overcome their problems.

However, a conversation with Noah’s sister Esther helped Joanne see her growing connection to Judaism in a new light. She ran to find Noah, only to discover that he was also looking for her.

Noah reassured Joanne that he loved her regardless of whether she converted, telling her that he would choose her every time. Joanne’s response suggested she had achieved a breakthrough of her own, and the pair reconciled with a kiss.

Elsewhere, Morgan called off her engagement to Dr. Andy after realizing the unhealthy dynamic in their relationship. Meanwhile, Ester told her husband Sasha that she wanted a divorce, leaving their marriage with an uncertain future.

The season two finale left plenty of storylines for the show to explore, especially as Joanne and Noah consider what their future together might look like.

Although their reconciliation offered a hopeful ending, the couple still had to figure out how to fit their different backgrounds and beliefs into a long-term relationship.

Joanne’s evolving relationship with Judaism could also remain an important part of her story, especially as she figures out what faith means to her independently of Noah.

There are also unanswered questions surrounding Morgan, whose engagement ended after she began to question what she really wanted from a relationship.

Sasha and Esther’s breakup could provide another emotional storyline, with the couple having to decide if they can reconcile or if time apart is what they need.

Kristen Bell and Adam Brody are expected to remain at the heart of the series as Joanne and Noah.

The supporting cast includes Justine Lupe as Joanne’s sister Morgan, Timothy Simons as Noah’s brother Sasha, Jackie Tohn as Sasha’s wife Esther and Stephanie Faracy as Joanne’s mother, Lynn.

There are also several new cast members joining for Season 3, including Andrew Rannells, Keyla Monterroso Mejia, and Sarah Silverman, as well as creator and executive producer Erin Foster, who makes her debut in a cameo appearance.

Foster will play a mysterious character named Nicole when Season 3 premieres on October 22.
