The bodycam footage was released by the Ukrainian national police on Wednesday.
It shows extensive destruction after the first bombing of the village in Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region, as shocked local residents look at the rubble.
Even heavily damaged buildings can be seen.
A military official’s voice is then heard on a two-way radio warning the police on the ground of more glide bombs being launched towards Kamyshuvakha.
“Quick [go] to the shelter!” one of the police officers tells local residents who are seen going to the shelter – at least two floors underground.
Seconds later, the shelter is hit, and the recording stops.
Ukraine said the shelter was near a local school that was being used to distribute humanitarian aid.
BBC Verify has confirmed that the video was filmed in the same location as footage released by Ukraine’s state emergency service DSNS showing the aftermath of Monday’s attack in Komyshuvakha.
In a post on social media on Wednesday, Zelensky said that “nine aerial bombs were dropped by the Russians.
“First they met people who came to receive humanitarian aid, and then rescuers and police officers who arrived on the scene.”
The Ukrainian president added that “unfortunately, there is very little reaction from the world to this insane attack,” describing it as one more of “thousands” of war crimes committed by Russia.
Ukraine’s DSNS previously posted another video showing a huge crater left after the attack on Kamyshuvakha.
The Russian military has not commented publicly.
Russian President Vladimir Putin launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
In a separate development on Wednesday, Zelensky said he spoke “in great detail for an hour and a half” with US President Donald Trump’s peace envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner ahead of trilateral talks between Ukraine, Russia and the US on November 10-11 in Abu-Dhabi.
The Ukrainian leader – who is currently on a surprise visit to Spain – also said his team had a separate “meaningful” meeting in Brussels with representatives of the US, EU, France, Britain, Germany, as well as Nato and the World Bank on “post-war reconstruction”.
He added that the meeting in the Belgian capital will continue on Thursday to discuss “security guarantees” for Ukraine.
Since trilateral talks aimed at ending the war were suspended in February, Moscow has stepped up attacks as Kiev has virtually run out of Western-supplied interceptors to defend against missiles.
Analysts do not expect a major breakthrough when talks resume in the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
