Raven and Edith Owen are shown getting the family’s cream tea wagon ready for walkers in the latest series of Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids.
The van has long been associated with Ravenseat, the remote Swaledale farm made famous by Channel 5’s Our Yorkshire Farm.
For years, hikers who tackle the coast to coast road have been able to enjoy refreshments against the spectacular backdrop of the surrounding hills.

The tradition became a familiar part of the Owen family’s history, with homemade refreshments providing a welcome break for visitors traveling through the area.
Now the next generation is taking a leading role in preparing the van for its seasonal return.
Despite being scrapped for a few years and the cream tea van having no place at Ravenseat, it’s now back.
In the program, Edith balances the preparations with her studies and her responsibilities at the family business.
Her older sister Raven has also returned to Ravenseat and is helping with the work.
The pair are shown putting the final touches on the van ahead of the expected arrival of walkers during the warmer months.
Their efforts show in addition to the family’s continued restoration of Anty John’s, the historic farm near Ravenseat.
The tea truck was one of the most recognizable aspects of life on the farm via the family’s television appearances.
However, visitors hoping to stop for refreshments should check current arrangements before travelling.
Ravenseat remains a working farm and private family home, and the program’s filming schedule does not necessarily reflect current opening arrangements.
